RETURNS POLICY

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any return reason you may have in the most efficient and timely way possible. 

Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since the day you received your order, a refund or exchange will no longer be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging with labels attached and in a suitable condition for Forever Blind Clothing to resell the product. For example we will not accept returns that: smell of smoke, are contaminated with pet hair or have stains of any sort. Items should be returned unwashed and in the original packaging.

If goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged for any reason, and not due to a manufacturer fault, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

Socks and underwear are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed with customer services.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received by Forever Blind Clothing, it may take up to 5 working days to be inspected and processed. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on the bank this may take up to 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund, please firstly check your bank account, or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@foreverblindclothing.com
